1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following words carry the meanings given here:

• "Chai Advisors", "we", "us", "our" — Chai Advisors, a financial education provider registered and operating at 94 Phosri Road, Mueang, Udon Thani 41000, Thailand.
• "Website" — the site accessible at chaiadvix.info and all its pages.
• "Programmes" — the educational sessions, workshops, and reading programmes offered by Chai Advisors, as described on this Website.
• "Participant" or "you" — any individual who accesses this Website or enrols in a Programme.
• "Content" — all text, materials, guides, recordings, and written resources produced or published by Chai Advisors.
• "Terms" — this document, as amended from time to time.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing this Website or enrolling in a Programme, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You accept these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this Website or enrol in our Programmes.

3. Description of Services

Chai Advisors offers financial education programmes for adults aged 40 and above, based in Udon Thani, Thailand. Our Programmes are educational in nature and are described in full on the Solutions page of this Website. Current offerings are:

• The Reading on Risk and Time Horizon — a four-session programme at 5,400 THB
• The Year in Review: A Household Closing — a one-day workshop in December at 7,900 THB
• Long Reading: A Household Library of Personal Finance — a four-month programme at 11,300 THB

We reserve the right to change, reschedule, or withdraw any Programme with reasonable notice. In the event of cancellation by us, participants will receive a full refund of fees paid.

Availability

Programmes are offered in Thailand and are intended primarily for residents of Thailand or those familiar with the Thai household financial context. All sessions are conducted in English.

4. Enrolment Terms

Enrolment in a Programme is confirmed upon receipt of the full programme fee. Places are limited and are allocated in the order enquiries are received.

Attendance

Participants are expected to attend sessions as scheduled. Where a session is missed, a summary may be provided at the facilitator's discretion, but no additional sessions will be offered to make up for absences.

Materials

Physical materials — including books and printed companion guides provided in the Long Reading programme — are included in the programme fee. These become the property of the participant on delivery and are not returnable.

Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with the facilitator and with other participants. Chai Advisors reserves the right to remove a participant from a Programme without refund if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful.

5. Your Responsibilities

When using this Website or taking part in a Programme, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information when enquiring or enrolling;
• Use this Website and its Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only;
• Not reproduce, distribute, or resell any Programme materials without written permission;
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its systems;
• Not submit false or misleading information through any form on this Website.

Any misuse may result in termination of access or enrolment without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content on this Website — including written materials, programme outlines, companion guides, and structural frameworks — is the intellectual property of Chai Advisors or is used under licence.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use this Content for your own learning. You may not copy, publish, redistribute, or create derivative works based on our Content without prior written consent.

Third-party books

Books provided in the Long Reading programme are published works held under their respective copyright. Participants receive them for personal reading only. The companion guides accompanying those books are original Chai Advisors materials and subject to the restrictions above.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

All fees are listed in Thai Baht (THB). Payment is due in full before a place is confirmed. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of enquiry.

Cancellation by participant

• More than 14 days before the start date: full refund of the fee paid, less a 500 THB administrative charge.
• 7 to 14 days before the start date: 50% refund.
• Fewer than 7 days before the start date: no refund, but the place may be transferred to another individual with our agreement.

Cancellation by Chai Advisors

If we cancel a Programme for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of fees paid within 14 days. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation.

Rescheduling

If we need to reschedule a Programme, we will inform participants as early as possible. Participants who cannot attend the new dates may request a full refund.

8. Disclaimers

Chai Advisors is an educational provider. Nothing on this Website, in our Programmes, or in any materials we produce constitutes regulated financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Programme Content reflects the facilitator's considered reading of publicly available information and does not account for any individual participant's personal financial circumstances. Participants are encouraged to seek qualified professional advice before making financial decisions.

This Website and its Content are provided as-is, to the extent permitted by Thai law. We make no representations about the completeness or accuracy of information on this Website and may update it at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Chai Advisors shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of this Website or participation in our Programmes, including but not limited to financial decisions made on the basis of Programme Content.

Our aggregate liability to any participant for any claim arising out of or in connection with a Programme shall not exceed the fee paid by that participant for the relevant Programme.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, illness, utility failures, or governmental restrictions.

10. Termination

Either party may end participation in a Programme in accordance with the cancellation terms in section 7. Chai Advisors may additionally terminate a participant's access to future Programmes if these Terms are breached in a material way.

Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimers), and 9 (Limitation of Liability) survive termination and continue to apply after the end of any Programme or relationship.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or with a Programme shall first be referred to informal discussion between the parties.

If informal resolution is not reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to mediation under the rules of the Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC). If mediation does not resolve the matter, the courts of Udon Thani Province shall have jurisdiction.

12. General Provisions

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Chai Advisors in relation to your use of this Website and our Programmes.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

No waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in future.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Website after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants by email.
